Managing Your Messaging Plan

Because texting through Spectra/myStratus requires a data plan, this help document is designed to help you manage your messaging plan and easily switch between messaging plans to find the one that best fits your business. More about StudioPlus messaging plans.
Follow these steps to track your monthly messaging plan usage:
Open Spectra/myStratus and go the the home page.
In the Services panel you'll see the number of messages you have used this month, as well as how many you used last month.
If you are running out of text messages, you can simply change your messaging plan. There is no charge for switching data levels. Read the Changing Your Messaging Plan section below for more information.
Your StudioPlus SMS messaging plan can be switched at any time. Billing occurs the first of each month for the previous month's activity. That means any changes made to your plan before the next billing date will apply to the current month. For example, a change made by 5:00 pm Central Standard Time on the last day of the June will apply to the SMS activity for the month of June.
Follow the steps below to change your messaging plan:
Go to the web page where you signed up for SMS text messaging, found here.
Fill in your account information and sign up for the new messaging plan level.
We will update your account with the new messaging plan level.
