Quick Sale Invoices

 

If you prefer to make a sale without recording client information, you can use Spectra's Quick Sale feature. A Quick Sale uses a default client record for all quick sale invoices.

  1. Go to the New group on the ribbon of a hub and click Quick Sale to create a new quick sale invoice (or press Ctrl+I).

  2. Enter the invoice line items.

  3. Record the payment.

Quick sale invoices will be displayed on the Invoices hub, as well as on your sales analysis reports and posting reports. Quick sale invoices are all tied to a generic client record. Do not modify that record in any way!
