How do I enter a new client?  

From any hub, go to the New group and click client.

 

How do I find an existing client?   

Change to the Client hub and enter a selection criteria at the top of the screen in the search group. Double-click the desired client.

 

How do I enter a new session?  

From the Calendar hub, double-click the desired date and time for the photographer of the session to launch the Scheduling Wizard, or under the new group in any hub click appointment or session.

 

How do I find an existing session?   

If you know the date and time of the session, switch to the Calendar hub, find the date and time for the photographer, and double-click the session box on the calendar. If you know the session number, switch to the Session hub, enter the session number in the selection criteria field at the top of the screen, and double-click the desired session. If you know the client’s name, follow the instructions above to find the desired client. Next, click the Sessions tab to find the desired session and double-click.

 

How do I enter an invoice?   

Find the appropriate session that the invoice is related to by using the steps described above. From the Session or Client record, click New Invoiceinvoice_16.png on the toolbar.

 

How do I find an existing invoice?

If you know the invoice number. switch to the Invoice hub. Enter the invoice number in the selection criteria field at the top of the screen and double-click the desired invoice. If you know the client name, session number or date, follow the steps above to find the existing client or session record. From the Client or Session record, click on the Invoices tab and then double-click the desired invoice.

 

How do I enter a payment?  

Use the steps above to find the invoice for which the payment is being received. From the Invoice record, click New Paymentpayment16.png on the toolbar.

 

How do I view phone calls that are due?  

Switch to the Phone Calls hub and use the User field at the top of the screen to choose the user or users for which phone calls should be displayed. Clicking on the Due Date column header in the grid will sort the phone calls in the order of their due date.

 

How do I view production status?  

Switch to the Production hub. This screen may be displayed in a number of ways by using the criteria selection at the top of the screen in the search group.

 

How do I enter a proof order?  

Given the steps above, find the session to which the proof order is related. From the New group tab, select Proof Order.

 

How do I enter a production order?

Given the steps above, find the invoice that relates to the production order you wish to create. From the New group, select Production Order.
