On the Email page, you can set up optional default company settings for outgoing email. These settings would be used only when there are no user or workstation settings available. The only option available at the studio level is SMTP. Make sure you have the exact name of the SMTP server (for outgoing email). Spectra also supports SSL security and another SMTP port if it is needed. The SMTP settings are from your Internet (email) provider.
