For your social event sessions you can set the other suppliers, such as the caterer, florist, coordinator, etc. The Social Event Supplier Types is where you set the types of suppliers you want to track. Then in the Social Event Suppliers Maintenance you will enter the individual suppliers. Go to Maintenance > Session > Social Event Supplier Types from the main menu bar.
