For your social event sessions you can set the other suppliers, such as the caterer, florist, coordinator, etc. The Social Event Suppliers is where you will enter the individual suppliers' names and contact information. These suppliers will then be available in the Session > Social Events tab to add to the social event. Go to Maintenance > Session > Social Event Suppliers from the main menu bar.

Then in the Social Event Suppliers Maintenance you will enter the individual suppliers. Go to Maintenance > Session > Social Event Supplier Types from the main menu bar.
