Studio shortcuts are available on the Spectra Home page for all users, regardless of who is logged in. The studio shortcuts allow you to quickly access specific areas within Spectra, along with external applications or websites.
Studio Shortcut Maintenance
To enter company-wide shortcuts, go to Maintenance > Studio > Studio Shortcuts.
Click Add to add a new shortcut.
Select if this shortcut is Internal or External. Internal shortcuts will create a shortcut to another screen in Spectra. External shortcuts will open up another program or website.

Internet Explorer must be set as your default browser for internet shortcuts to work. |
Enter the shortcut Description. This is how it will appear on the main menu in Spectra. For internal shortcuts there is a list of available shortcuts.
For external shortcuts you must also select the Shortcut Path. If you are creating a shortcut to another program, browse to that program’s EXE file. If the shortcut is for a website, enter the web address (for example: https://secure.studioplussoftware.com).
