The client status is used to track client's status and due date. This can be used to track prospects and when you need to follow-up with them, or used to assign the client number when a client reaches a certain status. Enter the sort order to indicate what order the status go, and enter the default duration and Spectra will automatically calculate the due date.
Go to Maintenance > Client > Client Statuses.
Client Status Maintenance
Description – Enter the status that appears on the Client record.
Sort Order – Enter the order that clients go through the statuses or how you want them to appear on the status list.
Default Duration – Enter the number of days that a client should be at that status.
Include in Loyalty Rewards - If you would like clients at this status to be part of a loyalty rewards program, select this checkbox. See the Process Loyalty Rewards topic for more information.
For each client status you can also set up various triggers to automatically
send emails and SMS text messages, print letters, generate phone calls,
or create tasks based on the client status due date or on their birthday
or anniversary date. See the "Client
