Email Wizard

With the release of Spectra 2012, the Email Wizard has been replaced by the new Communication Wizard. Please refer to that topic if you're using Spectra 2012 or greater.

 

 

The Email Wizard can send email to groups of clients that are assigned groups, marketing plans, or filters. See the Form Letter Builder section of this chapter for more information.

  1. Open the Email Wizard.

  2. Select a group, marketing plan, or filter from the drop-down box to define your email audience. Click Next.

  3. Type in a subject line for the email and click Next.

  4. To enter in the body of the email you can use an HTML file if you've already created it. You can also use a form letter from the drop-down box if you have created one. Click Next.

  5.  If there are attachments that you want to include, use the browse feature to find the desired files. Click Next.

  6. Enter any notes you would like to have entered in the client’s record who you are sending the email to. Click Next.

  7. Type in an email address that you can send a test email to. Check the email to make sure you have set it up correctly.

  8. Send all of the email and click Finish.
