Sample Emails
Below are several sample emails to go with different features within Spectra and myStratus Desktop. Under each section, select Preview to view the sample email in a separate window. Select Download Zip File to download a zip file that contains the following:
- HTML Code for email
- Additional graphics
- Instructions for how to customize and import the email into Spectra/myStratus
After the zip file finishes downloading, browse out to where it was saved on your computer and extract the file to your C:\ Drive. To extract a zip file, ‘Right-Click’ it and select Extract All. Then choose to have the folder placed on the C:\ Drive of the computer. The path of the folder should then be something like: C:\SampleEmail1. The folder must be on the C:\ Drive for easy customization.
Once the file is extracted onto the C:\ Drive, open the file called Sample Email Instructions for instructions on how to import the HTML into Spectra/myStratus as well as how to customize the email to match your studio.
Clients
Sample Email NPS – (myStratus Only) Use this email to send clients a Net Promoter Score Survey where they can share if they’d recommend your business to a friend or colleague.
Client Referral Programs
Use these sample emails in conjunction with your Client Referral Program communications.
Sample Email 1 – Use this email with Triggers or the Communication Wizard to simultaneously assign clients to their referral programs as well as notify them of your new program. Because Spectra and myStratus offer different features for receiving referrals, select the appropriate sample email below.

Sample Email 2 – Use this email to notify referring clients when they have earned a new Loyalty Reward. This email can be sent automatically if selected in the Client Referral Program form.
Sample Email 3 – Use this email to notify referred clients when they have received their Promotional Item gift. This email can be sent automatically if selected in the Client Referral Program form.
Sessions
Sample Email Session Confirmation - Use this email to send clients a review of their session information after they book.

Sample Email Session Reminder – Use this email to remind clients when their session is going to take place. If you utilize the StudioPlus Mail service, this email includes an automatic session confirmation link.
