Spectra 2014 is NOT compatible with Windows XP and Windows Server 2003! Read "Still Using XP?" on our Support Blog for more information.

The following features have been added or enhanced in Spectra 2014:

Feature	Description
HTML Emails	New merge fields were added to the HTML Email builder for "Client Image Full Embed String" and "Session Image Full Embed String" to make it easier to merge client images and session images into HTML email.
Database Utility	A new setting has been added to the Database Utility to disable the automatic database reconnection settings.

The following issues have been fixed in this release:

2677	Appointments	Creating a recurring Unlinked Appointment with multiple Users may not correctly add all Users. Resolved.
4087	Group Capture	Images imported using Group Capture may not auto-rotate correctly. Resolved.
4100	Rendering	Rendering an image may fail if the image path contains a period. Resolved.
4118	Calendar	Calendar Descriptions may show coded field name if the value is blank. Resolved.
4139	Form Letters	Payment Receipt does not attach to Form Letter when set to do so. Resolved.
4140	Control Center	Process Pending Payments Control Center Job Settings form may not save the selected Form Letter and other checkboxes. Resolved.
4141	eWay	For Studios in Australia and New Zealand, adding a new card to the Payment Methods may not work properly. Resolved.
4142	Google Sync	On Hold / Canceled Sessions may incorrectly sync to Google calendar during the initial sync. Resolved.
4145	Google Sync	Google Sync may fail when using New Zealand date format. Resolved.
4150	Maintenance	User Maintenance Detail forms may load slowly in large databases. Resolved.
4166	Database Utility	Some users reported that their database settings have disappeared, requiring them to re-enter them when launching the software. Resolved.
