Navigating the Calendar

Learn to set up, view, and edit your appointments, sessions, and entire schedule more efficiently. See the shortcuts available to instantly see multiple schedules (even for multiple days), discover how to change what is displayed – and more!

Please note: Because we are continually updating our library of training videos as new versions of our software are released, this video will likely show an older or newer version of StudioPlus Spectra/myStratus than you have installed. 2. Calendar Setup (Maintenance > Preferences > Company/Studio Preferences)
   1. Appointments - Choose default length, color, and location for appointments.
   2. Sessions - Choose default session type and location.
   3. Scheduling - Choose scheduling conflict options and set up special events.
   4. Calendar - Set up days and hours the studio is open.
