Printing Contact and Proof Sheets

See how to add copyright information and watermarks to your images and then preview, print, and export professional proof and contact sheets.

Please note: Because we are continually updating our library of training videos as new versions of our software are released, this video will likely show an older or newer version of StudioPlus Spectra/myStratus than you have installed. Don't worry! The video will still give you a great overview of this feature.

 

Outline:

1. Select a Session or Order
   1. Select images you want to print
   2. Click print contact sheet button
2. Print Contact Sheet or Proof Sheet
   1. Contact sheet - control number of image columns and images rotated
   2. Proof sheet - rotates and maximizes images to fit four per page
   3. Select images
   4. Select options to print
   5. Print from contact sheet print window
      1. Printing from preview screen will automatically down-grade to 72 DPI
      2. Do not create JPEG previews higher than 100 DPI
   6. Also print from session or invoice window, but you can only choose to print all
