A new add-on is available to myStratus users called myStratus Maps! We’ve integrated with Bing Maps to give you a look at the big picture for where your clients are located.

You can choose to break the data down by addresses, zip codes, or even display a Heat map to show where your client-base is more concentrated. All this in-depth information can be viewed directly from any hub when the add-on is activated.

Call

A request counts as the number of clients being looked up for the first time as well as the creation of the map itself. If a client’s address has already been included on a map, then looking up that client’s address does not count as a new request. However, if a client’s address changes, then a new map look-up will count as a new request.

Here are some examples:

  • Looking up a Pin By Zip Code map for 100 clients will count as 101 requests – 100 clients + 1 map creation.
  • Looking up a Pin by Address map for 100 clients, but 50 of those clients have been included in maps before, counts as 51 requests – 50 new client look-ups + 1 map creation.
  • If you were to look up this same map a second time with the same clients but 2 clients have had their addresses change, counts as 3 requests – 2 new addresses + 1 map creation.
