Advanced Sessions

This video explains the session numbering options, tabs you can display or hide, and fields you can customize!

Please note: Because we are continually updating our library of training videos as new versions of our software are released, this video will likely show an older or newer version of StudioPlus Spectra/myStratus than you have installed. 1. Customize sessions
   1. Maintenance > Preferences > Company/Studio Preferences - Session tab
   2. Session tabs
      1. Choose what tabs you want to view on the session's record
   3. Custom tab
      1. Ten fields you can define to record data
2. Session number options
   1. Assign session number when creating new sessions
   2. Assign session number on the day of the session
   3. Do not assign session number automatically
3. Session number configuration
   1. Assign a numeric session number
   2. Combine client last name with number
   3. Use session date as number
