Appointment Maintenance

The following options are found under the Maintenance > Appointment menu:


Use these to customize how you work with appointments and the calendar in Spectra/myStratus Desktop:

Menu Item Description
Appointment Statuses
 Enter the statuses for different stages of each appointment type. See also: Appointment Statuses
Appointment Types
 Enter the types of appointments you schedule on your calendar – from consultations, to proof reviews, to golf dates! See also: Appointment Types
Calendar Event Descriptions
 Add your own descriptions for the Calendar tab in Advanced Scheduling. See also: Calendar Event Descriptions
Outside Locations
 Create a list of outside locations you commonly use for photo sessions. See also: Outside Locations
Resources
 Create and maintain a list of all the resources within your studio that you need to schedule or track on the calendar. Resources may include rooms, equipment, vehicles, etc. See also: Adding Resources to the Calendar
