)How to set Expiration Dates on Images
1. When you automatically upload your images using the control center or manually upload images to Stratus Drive, use the purge options to set an expiration date on the images. Stratus drive will automatically delete the images when they reach their expiration date.
)Delete Email Attachments.
1. myStratus saves email attachments in the cloud so any computer can see the attachments when the email is opened. Attachments can add up! To delete them, use the company preferences.
  1. Maintenance > Preferences > Company Preferences > Attachments Tab.
)Monitor the Home Page
1. On the Home Page of myStratus Desktop is an Online Services Panel. Monitor this panel to keep an eye on your current storage amount.
)Bulk purging images using StudioPlus Support
1. Support is able to run a bulk purge for you. Support can delete certain date ranges for images. Ex: delete everything before 2022. Please contact Support@StudioPlusSoftware.com for more details.
