FAQ: How to handle headshots for corporate accounts

  1. Add the Business to your Client List
  2. Add the person you'll be taking the headshot of to your client list and book the Session under that record
  3. Create a Session Invoice - use the Bill-To Client on the invoice to bill the Business client created above
  4. The person getting the headshot will get the Session Reminder - automatically if you've set up triggers to send them.  Follow this link for info on Triggers
  5. The bill will go to the business
