NOTE: This feature is available in the Standard, Professional, and Enterprise versions of both Spectra and myStratus Desktop.

Finding a List of Today’s Uncompleted Calls

To find a list of phone calls that must be made today, open the Calls hub. The hub defaults to show all of your uncompleted calls, in order of past due phone calls, today’s required phone calls, and then a listing of all other uncompleted calls. To view the details of any phone call, click on the desired line to select the call and then double-click to open that call.

Finding Calls for an Individual Client

To find a list of phone calls related to a specific client, open the client’s record and click the Communications tab. All completed and non-completed calls related to this client will be shown. Double-click on a line to view a specific call.

Finding Calls for a Specific Session

To find a list of phone calls related to a specific session, open the session’s record and click the Communications tab. All completed and non-completed calls related to this session will be shown. Double-click on a line to view a specific call.
