NOTE: This feature is available in the Standard, Professional, and Enterprise versions of both Spectra and myStratus Desktop.

Use communication results to track the result of a call (i.e., "no answer," "busy signal," "left voicemail," etc.)  Go to Maintenance > Communication > Communication Results.
