Before using client groups, see Client Groups and Using Client Groups.
Open the client record and click the Groups tab.
Highlight one or more groups in the Client Groups Selected list on the right.
Click the single left arrow (<) to move the group(s) back to the Client Groups Available list on the left.
There is a way to quickly remove multiple clients from group in the software.
Click Tools > Remove Clients from a Group Wizard.
Choose the group the clients should be removed from.
Select the client group or filter of clients that should be removed.
Confirm the correct set of clients has been selected.
Click Finish to perform the operation.
