Gift Certificates Outstanding

NOTE: This feature is available in the Professional and Enterprise versions of both Spectra and myStratus Desktop.

NOTE: If you're using TSYS gift cards, this report is available through TSYS. See also: TSYS Gift Cards

Use the Gift Certificates Outstanding Report to see any gift certificates that are outstanding as of a specified date.

Go to Reports > Gift Certificate > Gift Certificates Outstanding.
Select the As of date criteria.
All gift certificates outstanding as of that date will appear on the report, along with issued amount, redeemed amount, amount outstanding, and totals.
