The Stratus calendar is designed to visually show you what's coming up in the days and months ahead, and to pre-load the visual look so users can easily see open times when a client is calling to book a Session; it can also let you go back in time to see what was going on in the past. By default, your data is set up to visually load the past 6 months, and the future 12 months. For most studios, their data is small enough that those settings should not affect the calendar loading, but for studios with large databases, this may have a downside: the calendar may go blank each time you save a new booking. . You can remedy this by changing the number of months to load and then restarting Stratus. Maintenance > Preferences > Company Preferences - Calendar tab 1. Scroll to the Calendar Refreshing section 2. Change the box "When refreshing, auto load previous" to 3 or less (months) 3. Change the box "When refreshing, auto load next" to 6 or less (months) 4. Restart Stratus
