If your printouts from the Communication Wizard display a page number at the top right corner and "about:blank" at the bottom left, follow these steps to apply a registry fix:

ATTENTION! CAUTION: This file will modify your Windows Registry, specifically the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\PageSetup key, which affects page margins and header/footer settings in Internet Explorer. We strongly advise you to back up this specific part of your Windows Registry before proceeding. Click here for instructions on backing up your registry.

1. Click Here to Download the Registry Fix File.
2. Extract the File: Right-click on the downloaded file and select "Extract" to unpack the contents.
3. Apply the Registry Fix:
   • Double-click on the extracted file to initiate the fix.
   • When prompted, confirm that you wish to open the Registry Editor by clicking "Yes".
   • A confirmation window will appear asking if you want to make changes to the registry. Click "Yes" to proceed with the fix.
4. Restart Communication Wizard: After successfully applying the registry fix, close and restart the Communication Wizard application.
5. Test the Print Function: Finally, try printing again within Communication Wizard to verify that the issue has been resolved.
