Resolving Conflicts

NOTE: This feature is available in the Standard, Professional, and Enterprise versions of both Spectra and myStratus Desktop.

Follow these steps to resolve scheduling conflicts:

  1. Go to Tools > Resolve Scheduling Conflicts.

  2. The left portion of the window lists sessions and appointment with conflicts. Click on one of them to see the conflict.

  3. Double-click on any row in either grid to open a specific session or appointment

  4. Modify the record to resolve the conflict.

  5. Save and close the modified record.

  6. Click Refresh to update the grid.

  7. Click Close when finished.
