Saved Reports and Report Subscriptions - NEW 2020!

NOTE: This feature is available in the Professional and Enterprise versions of both Spectra and myStratus Desktop.

One of the most critical business tools is having robust reporting options at your fingertips. myStratus already has numerous reports available to provide an analysis of the inner-workings of your business, but most need to be viewed on a regular business. Use Report Subscriptions to deliver your most important reports directly to your inbox right when you need them. Subscribe directly from your report settings and manage the subscriptions later from Maintenance > Reports.

Creating a Saved Report

First, pull up the report you want to subscribe to. Make sure Create a Saved Report is selected and give it a new title.

Next, set up the report as you wish to receive it each time.
Note: If you want the dates to change with the report over time, make sure to select the date options such as Today, Last Week, or This Month-to-Date. If you select a Custom Date Range, your report will always show that date range.

Once you've set up the desired report format, press Save next to the title you gave the report.

To manage your saved reports, go to Maintenance > Reports > Report Settings.

Subscribing to a New Report - myStratus Only
