Clients Hub

The Clients hub displays your client records. Clients can be sorted by any of the fields shown. Just click the column heading and the clients will sort by that column. Click again and the clients are sorted in reverse order. See Customizing the Hubs for more information on how to change the look of the Clients hub.  See also: Finding a Client and Finding a Family Member

You may also select which clients are displayed, or search for a client using the Search group of the ribbon. Click the down arrow next to the search window box and drag down to the type of criteria you want to use to display or search. Then, type the specific criteria in the search box and press Enter, or select the criteria from the drop-down menu and press Enter.

Double-click a record line to open that client. You can also go to File > Client Search from any hub to pull up a client record. See also: Clients

Client Hub Ribbon

 Icon Name Description
Print Print all clients showing on the hub.
  Export to Excel Export the currently displayed clients to an Excel file.
Refresh Refresh the grid to reflect any database changes that may have occurred.
Delete the selected record. This will delete any associated records PERMANENTLY. Note: We recommend opening the record before deleting it to make sure it is the correct one. See also: Deleting a Group of Clients

Advanced Search Click Advanced Search if you don't know the full details  of the client, look up any of the fields you may know.  Use the % like a wild card.
Search by Client No, Last Name, First Name, Company Name, Email Address, City, Zip Code, Phone Number, Organization, Client Status, Client Group, Lead Source or Filter. Narrow the search by using the following options:
  • Assigned By Me - View only those tasks that were assigned by me.
  • Pending - View only pending tasks. 
  • Unlinked - View only tasks that aren't linked to a client

  Customize Use these options to group, sort, and filter the list. See also: Customizing the Hubs
  Mapping Sort your clients by Heat Mat, Zip Code, or Address.  See also:  myStratus Maps
  Advance Status Update the status of one or more clients.
  Appointment or Session Launch the Scheduling Wizard to create a new appointment or session. See also: Scheduling Wizard
  Client Create a new client. See also: Creating a Client
  Quick Sale Create a new "Quick Sale" invoice that is not related to a client. See also: Quick Sale Invoices
  Task Create a new task.
  Message Create a new email or SMS text message.
