A filter is used to find a group of records that contain specific information. You can use filters to determine which clients should be included when creating a group of calls, emails, or text messages, as well as to find specific records to include in a report. For example, analysis reports can report sales from a specific filter. When you create a filter you are telling the software which field or fields to use to find records containing specific information.
