1. Web Forms Preferences

By going to Maintenance > Preferences > Web Form Preferences, you can now set up the ability to allow your Clients to access their web forms directly from your website.

 Complete the following items on the General tab:

Web Page - Choose one of the following options:
  • Link - Use this option if you simply want to add a link to your website that directs your existing clients to their web form portal where they can login and view their active web forms. If you choose this option, you also need to set the Redirect URL (your website), so when the client is done with their web form, they can click on a link to get back to your site.

  • iFrame - We recommend using this option. You can embed the Web Form portal right into your website. No redirect URL is necessary.

Options - Set the default login for the web form portal. Please note that these settings are shared with the Online Booking Preferences. Select Set for all existing clients now to update all existing client records with the new login information. A client's login information can be found from their client record by going to the Online tab:

 Complete the following items on the Logo tab:
  • Logo - We recommend you only use this option for the "Link" web form web page. This way your company logo will appear on the top of each page. If you're using the "iFrame" option, the logo is not necessary. Select Upload New Logo to upload any JPEG image for your logo.

Customization tab:
  • Cosmetics - Use the following graphic for reference as to what customization options apply to which section of your web forms page:
