These steps require you to log your Gmail account, please ensure you are using the correct email address. You will need to create a new App Password as the existing one has expired. 

1.  In Gmail, go to the circle with the dots in the upper, right corner and select Account




2.  Click the arrow pointing to the left next to 2-Step Verification





3.  This brings you back to the Security tab--to the right of App passwords,  hit the right pointing arrow

4.  Click the downward pointing arrow to the right of Select app




5.  Select Other (Custom name)

6.  In the box e.g YouTube on my Xb, type in any name you like and then click Generate




7.  Highlight and copy the password from Your app password for your device.  DO NOT CLOSE THAT WINDOW YET


8.  Back in myStratus/Spectra, paste that password in the Logon Password box






9.  Hit the ok button to close out of that window and try to send an email. The error should not longer appear.  Once you have a successful email sent you can close out of the app password in Gmail.
