New Subscription Plans

You can use myStratus's new feature Subscription Plans to track Baby Clubs, Annual Plans, Memberships in clubs you offer - the idea's are endless.  The idea is to offer them a subscription that you collect money on, and they get value in return.

Here are some examples:

VIP Subscription:  They pay an amount that you determine, they are billed monthly, every  three months, or even annually,  In return they get unlimited photoshoots, free shipping, loyalty rewards, free digital image, VIP-only promotions, VIP-only discounts, Loyalty Rewards.  What you offer them is up to you.

General Subscription: They pay an amount that you determine, they are billed for that at a rate and the frequency you determine.  In return they get 4 sessions, a set dollar amount to be used on portraits via Loyalty Rewards earned for each payment. 

The Wonder Years Subscription:   They pay an amount that you determine, they are billed for that at a rate and the frequency you determine.   The get a free Maternity, newborn, 3, 4, 6, 9, 12 month Session and at the end a Family Portrait shoot and free portrait is given.  You can extend this longer than the first 12 months.

Setting up Subscription Plans

1. Create a Subscription Plan Type:  Maintenance > Subscription Plans > Subscription Plan Types


2. In the top line, type in the name of the plan


3. Once all Subscription Plan Types have been added, close the window






4.  Add Subscription Plan Statuses, Maintenance > Subscription Plans > Subscription Plan Statuses


5. In the top line, type in the Status, be sure to note if that Status is the Initial or Final Status





6. Create Price List items:   The Subscription Plan Payment -  This item will be used for subsequent payments to continue the plan.  Be sure the price accurately reflects that frequency amount.  (Click here for info on Price List)  


7. If you intend to have a monthly, quarterly, annual, or any other payment frequency, you'll need to add a Price List Item to reflect that frequency


8.  Create the Subscription Plan::  Maintenance > Subscription Plans > Subscription Plan.  This is where the automation is set up
