Assigning a Call

On the phone call record, use the Department and/or User fields to assign a call to a specific department or employee. See also: Setting up Departments and Setting up Users



On the Calls hub, you can Search By a "Department" or "User" to find outstanding phone calls. The user will also be displayed on the Communication tab of the client, session, or appointment record(s).
