Linking an Email

Linking an email to a client is helpful for organizing emails as well as for tracking a detailed client history (i.e., keeping track of all the emails you've sent or received related to a client).

Follow these steps to link an email to a client:

  1. Open the email.

  2. Click the Link button on the ribbon.

  3. Search for the client and single-click to select them. Click OK.

  4. Click Link to finish linking the email to the client. The email will now appear on the client's Communication tab.
