Payment List

Use the Payment List Report to produce a list of payments made during a specific date range. The list provides the payment date, invoice number, invoice date, session number, client number, bill-to name, credit card or check number, payment amount, and current open balance. Payments can also be grouped by payment method. Totals are also provided at the end of the report. 

Printing a Payment List

  1. Go to Reports > Payment List Report.

  2. Select the Criteria for the report, based on Payment Date.

  3. Then enter or modify the Report Header Description.

  4. Check the Group By Payment Method box if you want the report grouped by each payment method. (Optional)

  5. Click Print ReportA PDF version of the report will be produced. You can then print the report.
