Clients Overview

Clients are really where everything starts in Stratus! Not only can you track an incredible amount of personal information for each client, but did you know that:

  • (Almost) every appointment and session you book will be linked to a specific client?

  • (Almost) every invoice you create and payment you receive will be related to a specific client? 

  • (Almost) every call you make, email or text message you send, and task you put on your list will be related to a specific client?

So, why the "almost?" We understand there are times when you're doing something that doesn't involve a client. For those times, there are special appointments, invoices, tasks, and communications that can stand alone, without a specific client.

But, for most of what you do, the client is where you'll start. It can be described like this:

Each client in your database can have multiple appointments, sessions, invoices, payments, communications, and tasks that they "own."
By simply looking up the client, you can review each and every detail for anything they have ever done with your studio.

So everything is linked together...I get it. But what does that mean for my business?
