The myStratus home page displays up-to-date information that is personalized for whoever logs in. When you log in, the panels will display your personal schedule, your notifications, a list of tasks and phone calls that are assigned to you, the weather forecast for the location you've chosen, a financial snapshot of the business (optional), and a summary of any optional services that are being used. There are also two menus in the upper-right portion of the screen. These menus will appear on every page in myStratus. The menus and home page panels are described below.

Menus

myStratus Menus

On the myStratus menus you'll find handy shortcuts, along with tools to set things up, customize many of the features in the software, print reports, import clients and pricelists, and even get help. You can customize almost anything from the Maintenance menu, quickly create a new records with the File menu, or do your reporting from the Reports menu. Hub Menu

The hub menu is how you navigate through myStratus to open your calendar, work with your contacts, monitor your digital workflow, check on open invoices, etc.. Just click a menu item to move to another hub. See also: Stratus Hubs

Home Page Panels

Schedule

The Schedule panel of the home page displays upcoming appointments and sessions for the logged in user. Double-click any appointment or session to open it. See also: Scheduling

Notifications

Notifications are used to communicate with your staff and studios. You may also receive periodic external notifications from StudioPlus with information about service outages, updates, promotions, and training materials.

Tasks

Keep track of when tasks are due for yourself and other users. Tasks continue to roll forward until completed. Overdue tasks are marked with a clock. Urgent tasks are marked with an exclamation mark. A personal task can only be viewed by the person to whom the task is assigned. See also: Tasks

Phone Calls

View your phone calls for the day. Double-click a phone call to view or complete a call. See also: Communication

Today's Snapshot

The snapshot panel gives you real-time data on your business. Click on the category labels to change the graph and click on the numbers in the table to drill down and see what's behind the numbers.

Weather

Weather is always changing, unpredictable, and can ruin your shoot. This panel is designed to give you a read on the weather, so you can plan accordingly. The weather is based on your regional settings. See also: Checking our Time Zone and Regional Settings

Services 

The Services panel shows you a snippet of what is happening with your online and add-on services. This section displays information for your InspiredByYou.com, SMS text messaging, StudioPlus Email, and HoldMyMemories.com accounts, as well as your Stratus Drive online storage and integrated credit card processing.
