Handling Scheduling Conflicts


Following these steps to set up your scheduling conflict options:
  1. Go to Maintenance > Preferences > Company Preferences and open the Scheduling tab.

  2. Choose the option that works best for your business.

    • Never - Stratus will never allow conflicting events. A message will be displayed and the user will be unable to book the appointment or session. 

    • Allow After Prompting - Stratus will prompt the user, notifying them that there is a scheduling conflict. The message will include which user and/or resource has a conflict.

    • Allow Always - Stratus will not notify the user or prevent scheduling when a conflict occurs.

  3. Click OK to save your preferences.
