Time Sheet Report

 NOTE: This feature requires the StandardProfessional, or Enterprise version of myStratus Web.

The Time Sheet produces a time clock report and total time for a date range. Go to Reports > Time Sheet Reports Note: You must set the proper permissions in Security Groups to view another employee's time sheet or to select the All Employees option. The Detail report type will also only be available to users with appropriate security permissions. 

  • Date Range - Select the date range to run the report.
  • Employees - Select the employee(s) you wish to view. 
  • Report Type - Choose between running the Standard or Detailed report. Standard shows basic information (i.e. Date, Time, Total Time, Comments, etc.), and the Detailed report shows a more in-depth version of the time sheet-it includes the same information as the Standard report as well as whether or not an entry was modified and who made the modification.
