Receiving Text Messages


For each SMS text message you send through Stratus, you can also receive replies. Follow these steps to see any text message replies that have been received in Stratus:

  1. Go to the Messages hub.

  2. Use the Search section to select a specific user or select All Users for a list of all incoming messages.

  3. The hub will display all incoming emails and text messages.

Note: Incoming text messages do count towards the total message count allowed by your SMS plan. See also: Managing Your Messaging Plan
