InSpiredByYou Preferences

NOTE: This feature requires the Standard, Professional, or Enterprise version of myStratus Web.

The InSpiredByYou Preferences in Stratus is where you choose the settings for your InSpiredByYou online gallery and ordering site. You can customize your logo and marketing image that is displayed on InSpired, as well as select which features will be available for your clients. Other settings include watermark options, shipping methods, online payment options, and even automatic tasks. Click on each tab below to find out more. General Tab

Company Tab

Section	Description
Company Information	The following items will be displayed on your client's InSpired website: Email Address - Your company email address is used to help your clients contact you from InSpired. Home Page URL - Your clients will be linked back to your business home page from InSpired. Company Logo - A 240x120 pixel logo can be displayed. Marketing Image - Choose a 330x230 pixel marketing image. See also: Changing the Appearance of InSpiredByYou
Client Options	You can choose to make certain options available to your clients and turn others off. The following settings will apply to all your online galleries. Note: Any options you have disabled will be completely hidden on your clients' galleries. See also: Changing the Client Options Do not sell online - By default, the e-commerce features of InSpired are turned on. Check this option if you do not want to sell products online. See also: Selling Products Online Hide color options - By default, your clients will be able to view their images in black & white and sepia. Check this option to turn these colorization options off. Upload image selections - Check this option to include your image ratings when images are uploaded to InSpired. Images marked as "Selected" in Stratus will be marked as "Favorites" on InSpired. Those those marked as "Not Selected" will become "Hidden" on InSpired. Do not allow social network sharing - Use this option to disable the social network sharing options on your clients' InSpired sites. Require PIN for contracts - Check this option to require clients to enter a PIN (supplied by you) when e-signing contracts on InSpired. See also: Using InSpired for Contracts
Client Login Credentials	Adjust the default username and password Stratus will assign for the client. Username - Choose Client Email (default) or Client Number. Password - Choose Client Last Name (default) or Client Number. See also: Resetting a Client Password, Changing the Default Client Login

Sales Tax Tab

Section	Description
Tax Method	The sales tax method chosen for online InSpired orders should be the same as the method used for other Stratus orders. See also: Sales Tax Settings
Default Tax Rate(s)	Choose the following default tax rates: In-State - Choose the tax rate for orders received from clients located in your state. Out-of-State - Choose the tax rate for orders received from out-of-state clients. Note: These tax rates are chosen from the list of sales tax rates you've set up in Stratus. To set up sales tax rates, refer to the Sales Tax Settings topic.
Default Tax Label	The tax label will appear on the client's order printout.
