Communication Overview

Stratus includes a variety of tools to help you communicate with your clients. Here are just a few ideas:
  • Schedule a followup call.
  • Send a reminder email or text message.
  • Email a session confirmation.

Communication Setup

The setup varies based on the type of communication, as well as how much you want to customize the features for your business. Both required and optional setup options are listed below. See the appropriate topic for detailed instructions.

Phone Calls

Email

  • Messages Hub - Use the Messages hub to sort and find email and text messages by user, department, due date, and more.

  • Sending Email - Send an email to a client, either by typing a message in blank email or by using one of your pre-defined email templates.

  • Receiving Email - Receive email replies from a client.

  • Linking an Email - Make sure your client communication history is complete by linking email messages to the client.

  • Using Completed Emails - Create completed emails in Stratus to record details of email messages that were sent or received outside of Stratus.

SMS Text Messages

  • Messages Hub - Use the Messages hub to sort and find email and text messages by user, department, due date, and more.

  • Sending Text Messages - Send a text messages to a client, either by typing a message in a blank text or by using one of your pre-defined SMS templates.

  • Receiving Text Messages - Receive text message replies from a client.
