Communication Overview
The setup varies based on the type of communication, as well as how much you want to customize the features for your business. Both required and optional setup options are listed below. See the appropriate topic for detailed instructions.

Calls Hub - Use the Calls hub to sort and find calls by user or department.
Scheduling a Call - Schedule a call and assign it to a department or individual.

Marking a Call Complete - Mark a call complete to remove it from your list of pending phone calls.

Receiving Email - Receive email replies from a client.
Linking an Email - Make sure your client communication history is complete by linking email messages to the client.
Using Completed Emails - Create completed emails in Stratus to record details of email messages that were sent or received outside of Stratus.
Sending Text Messages - Send a text messages to a client, either by typing a message in a blank text or by using one of your pre-defined SMS templates.
Receiving Text Messages - Receive text message replies from a client.
