Deleting a Client

There may be times you want to delete a client from your database. As long as the client has not booked a session or placed an order, they can be deleted. Follow these instructions to delete a client.

  1. Find the client in your database. See Finding a Client for more information.

  2. Delete the client in one of the following ways:

    • Open the client record to make sure you've got the right one and then click Delete Client on the ribbon. (We highly recommend this option!)

    • Select the client on the Clients hub and click Delete on the ribbon.


TIP!
A client cannot be deleted if they have any associated session or invoice records.

TIP!
Deleting a client will also delete any linked appointments, communication records, and tasks.
