Phone Call Ribbon

The following tools are available on the phone call ribbon.

Home Tab

 Icon Name Description
  Save Save the current call record and leave it open for reference or additional modifications.
  Save & Close Save the call and close the window.
  Delete  Delete the open call. 
  Mark Complete Set the call's completed date to today. If the call was completed on a previous date, select the date by clicking on the drop-down. A call marked as complete with today's date will remain on the assigned user's Phone Call list for the remainder of the day. If the call was completed before today, the call will no longer appear on the user's call list. Completed calls will always remain on the Communication tab of the client or session record.
  Client Open the client record associated with this call.
