Printing a Photographer Confirmation

  1. Open the session.

  2. Click the down arrow under the Print button on the ribbon. See also: Session Ribbon

  3. Click Photographer Confirmation.

  4. The confirmation will open as a PDF that you can print or save to your local computer.

  TIP!
To email the confirmation to the photographer, save the PDF to your local computer and then attach it to an email. See also: Sending Email

Customizing the Photographer Confirmation

The following items can be customized on the photographer confirmation:

  • Include Services - Choose to have Stratus include selected services on the photographer confirmation. Follow these steps to set it up:

    1. Go to Maintenance > Preferences > Company Preferences and open the Reports tab.

    2. Scroll down to the Photographer Confirmation Report section.

    3. Check the Print Services on Confirmation Report box.

    4. Click OK to save your preferences.
